Ken Moon, President and CEO

Ken Moon is a seasoned retail, food and personal services management executive with more than 28 years experience in roles including General Manager and Area Manager in the United States and Middle East. Ken also has proven excellence as a Vice President, providing liason services to local, state, and national political organizations in addition to developing advanced telecommunication initiatives to improve worldwide communication operations. These leadership positions have provided Ken with invaluable experience in the fields of legislative and policy development, strategic planning, adult education and training and executive communications.

Roland Williams Jr., COO

Roland Williams Jr. has more than 20 years of Construction and Project Management experience in both public and private sectors. He has contracted and managed construction projects for Federal Agencies such as The Department of Energy, Department of Defense, Corp of Engineers, Bureau of Land Management, GSA, and United States Air Force. Roland has worked with consulting engineering firms as a site engineer on various multi-million dollar California highway projects. Most recently, Roland managed a local waste management utility, producing a $7 million dollar budget and negotiating contracts with Waste Management, Inc.

Roland Williams Sr., Marketing and Business Development Director

Roland Williams Sr. has professionally provided Construction Management services and construction expertise for over 40 years. Most recently, Roland had 19 years providing management in the areas of construction oversight, construction safety, and labor compliance. He has been providing internal and external construction training and has certificates in Adult Learning Theory and Training.

Glynis Williams-Thompson, Executive Manager

Glynis Williams-Thompson, M.Ed is an experienced Human Resources consultant with knowlede in full-cycle recruiting, training, strategic business initiatives, workforce development, human resource management, workplace best practices, relocation, and Government relations. Glynis also has Colorado legislative and political knowledge as well as lobbying experience. Glynis is a certified trainer in Targeted Selection and Behavioral Interviewing.

Sean Williams, East Coast Regional Director

Sean Williams has extensive knowledge of manufacturing and engineering in the medical device field. His particular expertise is in research & development areas with a concentration in CAD & CAE tools and software, technical documentation of SOPs and quality system instructions, procedures and policies. Additionally, Sean has an understanding of regulatory guidelines in medical device manufacturing and utilizing "best practices" based on Six Sigma / Lean methodologies.

Noel Williams, Mid West Regional Director

Noel Williams is a seasoned IT professional with over 20 years of experience. His areas of specialty include systems development management, project management and network design and administration. Weslyn Williams-Moon, South Regional Director

Weslyn Moon brings more than 26 years of experience as an educator in school districts around the world, including the United States, Germany and Italy. Weslyn's primary teaching experience has been in the areas of math, science and reading, but her expertise extends into tutoring, training and mentoring. Additionally, Weslyn trains the trainers, consulting on teaching methods, providing curriculum development and developing classroom management skills.
